For this provider spotlight, we’re highlighting a veteran member of our Cumming aesthetics team, Heather Riley.
With over 12 years in the aesthetics field, Heather is a licensed medical aesthetician and is an assistant laser practitioner. She has certifications in Sciton Joule, Sciton BBL, Tetra Co2, Vivace, Gentlemax Pro, BTL Exilis, and Skinwave.

Why did you choose to work in the aesthetics and cosmetic dermatology field?
My passion for all things skin care drew me to the field. To bond with patients, helping and educating them to create a newfound confidence in the health of their skin.
What are the unique skills you bring to the job?
I am passionate about skin care, and confident in my technique as a licensed medical aesthetician and laser practitioner.
What does your daily routine look like?
I start with getting my morning caffeine. From there, I get my space ready to see patients, creating the ambiance and environment that help relax my patients for their treatment. Once that’s all done, I start getting after I love and helping people with their skin!
Is there a specific experience you’ve had with a patient (or patients) that stands out to you?
I just love the relationships I get to build. More often, my patients feel like friends or family. Building those relationships is what has the biggest impact on me.
Tell us about your family!
I have a beautiful daughter who is thriving in Mississippi, and my parents and brother are still in my home state of Florida. But always keeping me company are little fur babies Popi and Tarte!
What are your favorite pastimes?
Visiting family, staying active, spending time with those I love, and shopping.
